The Process

The TCL Community selection process is designed to identify hard-working individuals with high ambition and potential. The independent committees review and vote on all membership applications based on the TCL Community selection criteria.

For a successful application, the applicant should be:

  • - Exceptional in two out of the four areas, OR

  • - Exceptional in one and Great in the other three areas

In some cases, the given rules have exceptions, such as for Ph.D. holders. Also, providing two references from the TCL Community may increase the chances of acceptance.
